Pros
Good springboard for learning the C# technology stack but be very cautious and keep your options open to go somewhere else as soon as possible. Even if you can stick it out for one year because C# is a very hot skill set right now.
Cons
I was working on a project where there were no clear design goals. The manager basically got rid of everyone in the department. Those that were contributing to my project either were fired or left ZOLL out of frustration. I see the positions advertised for all of the people they fired. The management will totally throw you under the bus.
