Attempts to raise concerns through 1:1s or formal channels sometimes do not lead to resolution, leaving employees feeling unsupported. While many colleagues gain valuable technical and client experience, the lack of transparent review practices and perceived prioritization of office politics over merit can negatively impact long-term career progression.
