Pros
Excellent culture, welcoming to the thought of women in leadership. Welcoming to the surge of LGBTQ employees and leadership. Lots of corporate events, happy hours etc.
Cons
Lack of diversity! No women of color in leadership/executive positions, little to no people of color in the firm. This is one of the not so rare situations where the company claims to care about diversity deeply. However only a certain type of diversity. Administration is under staffed and over worked, which has led to higher than usual turnover. Associate Consultants are also overworked, and treated poorly by upper management. Seems to be a strong "make money, behave how you want" policy. A few female A.C.'s ave gone to HR about foul play from upper management to no avail. People are leaving the firm, to get regular 9 - 5 jobs, as this place simply is not that.
