Pros

Absolutely none. Even the snacks are terrible.

Cons

ZS Associates is a big consulting firm with lofty reviews on Glassdoor. People have long tenures here, but in the last two months it surely has been an awful place to work and I cannot wait to quit. At a high level, the company prides itself on diversity and acceptance but hypocritically breeds managers who lead by fear and intimidation. Those who are successful epitomize a squadron of secret police; if you fall out of line, others who yearn to be recognized by their superiors latch their eyes onto your every movement and report back. These are our lovely “PD (professional development) Coaches” - makeshift managers who coordinate performance reviews and inject themselves into your life.
