Pros
The benefits and compensation are great. There are a select few really wonderful people that you will find in this company,but a very select few.
Cons
The management turns a blind eye to bad behavior in lieu of making the company money. They state a culture of "caring about people" but apparently they care about only certain people. HR is there to protect the upper management at any cost. If you want your respect and dignity to stay in tact, stay away.
