Pros
The structure of the organization is non-hierarchical and the open door policy is actually practiced. Most of the colleagues are friendly and collaborative, I did not observe any sense of competition. The company pays a lot of attention to your learning and development. Free food and recreation room make the workplace fun.
Cons
The working hours and engagement levels are sometimes very inconsistent. Although there is a variety of divisions and fields, you get stuck in the sector you are first staffed to and it is difficult to switch later as you begin to develop expertise.
