Pros

If you are too workaholic (agree to work for 12 hours a day) and don't have any personal life or family, want to do monotonous work then go for it. Stay in this company for years.

Cons

It is literally a blood-sucking company. They will make you work at least 12 hours a day. The staff you in a project 4 projects for 10 hours each and will make you work for 80 hours a week. That's why I said it is a blood-sucking company. You will never ever have a choice on which project you wish to work on. And the worst part is once you are assigned to a project and don't like it, no one will ever listen to you and help you to get out of it. Come on ZS! Have some sympathy for your employees. Don't treat them as robots for god sake.

We were sorry that you did not have a good experience at ZS. Globally, we have grown at such a tremendous pace even during the pandemic, and you have most likely felt some of the growing pains from this very unique moment in our history. No doubt it has been a challenging time for all, and during this moment our HR teams have worked hard to support the wellness needs and mental health of our people with benefits and programs. Our goal is to always follow our values and to support our people especially helping them manage workload and stress. We'd like a chance to learn what can be improved and welcome you to contact us to share your feedback. We're sorry ZS was not a good fit for you and wish you the best in your next role.
