1. No work life balance (Frequent late nights. If you leave early, you are perceived as rule breaker) 2. You can get fired anytime (I have seen at least 10 people - reason being performance) 3. Less pay (Compared to market standards) 4. Worst working culture (Obey your seniors and say yes to everything) 5. They try to boast, but their quality has degraded in recent years 6. Smoking, making fun of juniors or colleague who is introvert, calling for work when you are on leave.
