Pros
If one is fortunate to work on multiple projects then one gets to learn a variety of things which may be beneficial for future career in management or business intelligence or analytics in general. ZS employs mostly smart people. So you may expect to experience working with people with different skills, values and cultures.
Cons
First is the work-life imbalance that applies to most of the Associates and Associate Consultants in ZS. Second, ZS has a very nice competency model to track the performance of its employees but it is very poorly followed. Instead of making the model as a reference to motivate employees to excel, many of the ZS Consultants and Managers abuse it as an excuse for not rewarding people in proportion to their work. Third, some portion of ZS office culture is heavily biased towards the population local to the office location.. can't say if ZS lives by its claim of being an equal opportunity employer. Fourth, office politics plays havoc
