Pros

-Multi cultural environment -Rational middle management if lucky

Cons

They decided to cut almost all the benefits, back down on most of the flexibilities that were the main attraction, cancel positions and fire many people starting 2026. They are going with a total 180 on employee satisfaction to shed as many people as they can. Instead of paying the severance money, they are opting for tactics to drive people away. Salaries are not nearly as well as above average companies.

The organization appears to rely heavily on a small group of influential individuals whose priorities often seem disconnected from the broader needs of employees and the business. This can create perceptions of favoritism, limit diverse perspectives, and negatively impact trust, collaboration, and morale across the company.
