Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly.
Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected.
Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
