Pros

Honestly, nothing. The situation is getting unmanageable after acquiring Motorola Enterprise Division and selling the Wireless Division to Extreme Networks.

Cons

Honestly... I noticed Zebra is monitoring what people wrote here. Some of the unusual good reviews seem to be fake and short.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
