Pros
Its a flexible environment, really friendly, the team leaders work side to side with the employee and they really care about their workers. Growth is possible. People here get the job done. I never ever felt bullied or discriminate, no one will ever even dream to raise his voice at a colleague or an employee or correct him in public. This is much appreciate.
Cons
Low salary, wich cause a massive turn over. After the transition, the employer were overloaded, and understaffed, causing them to work crazy hours and to handle.more than they can.
