      1. Since this is a startup, one needs to shoulder lot of responsibilities which allows them to grow faster and learn a lot of things efficiently. 2. Has great WFH culture and benefits 3. Management encourages growth of its employees and is willing to invest in it 4. No Politics

      Cons

      I have not found any such cons so far. Work culture is fun and healthy.

      Pros

      It's a small company and follows an almost flat hierarchy so there is no politics.

      Cons

      The company is good and pretty chill but they don't plan things correctly sometimes which leads to chaos and super tight deadlines
