      1. Since this is a startup, one needs to shoulder lot of responsibilities which allows them to grow faster and learn a lot of things efficiently. 2. Has great WFH culture and benefits 3. Management encourages growth of its employees and is willing to invest in it 4. No Politics

      I have not found any such cons so far. Work culture is fun and healthy.

      1. I joined Zelthy about 2 months back and I must say that the work culture is great. 2. The interview process was also a very good experience for me because the interviewers were very friendly & comfortable. 3. Friendly atmosphere. 4. Salary every first working day of the month. 5. Lots of oppurtunities.
