Pros
Excellent salary, flexible and supportive working arrangements, merit-based assignment of scope, space to work on passion projects, high exposure, fulfilling work, and motivating goals. Work / life balance sometimes imbalanced, but it goes both ways - when things are hectic, all hands on deck; when personal demands need attention, support is provided.
Cons
High levels of ambiguity and an agile approach to strategic development and implementation are not for everyone. Zilingo may not be a start-up anymore, however it’s approach still enables rapid shape-shifting to capture value. This environment can be challenging for those that require defined processes and who need high context before acting.
