The big players in the game (Salesforce, etc.) feel us nipping at their heels and the product is so exceptional it shows a veritable teflon to the volatility that plagues others in the SaaS space.
Cons
Every organization has them, ours are minimal. We're growing fast - that has 1,000 upsides but also some cons. Of these, the most prominent is that the organization is still creating processes; we are building systems as we go and that can sometimes be a little disorganized.
