Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your onboarding was not up to par. Our onboarding experience is normally excellent, and we regularly receive compliments from new hires for our thoroughness and expertise. I apologize that your experience didn’t live up to our usual high standards; we aim to get 1% better every day and regularly evaluate our onboarding and provisioning practices to make sure they are top notch. If you would like to provide additional feedback on how we can improve, I encourage you to reach out to me personally or to your HR Business Partner. We welcome your thoughts!
I’d like to address the topic of micro-management. As I mentioned earlier, we have very high standards for our onboarding process. It is designed to get employees up to speed and contributing to their full potential within just a few weeks of starting. As such, our managers try to be extremely visible, available, and supportive to our new hires to ensure no one is falling behind or is having any issues. It appears our managers’ intentions may have been misunderstood in this case.
Finally, I am concerned to hear about potential condescending behavior or speech. Respect is central to our One Team One Dream company value, and we need to address this to make sure we are creating a safe and welcoming environment for all. I highly encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner if you observe this again. If you have any additional feedback that you would like to share, my door is open to you.
