Super liar management; Made a group of alike people and always encourage them only; No transparency; No value of work until you are part of their favorite list; Maintain two different faces in front of HQ and internal team; Instead of working on the feedback they start teasing the person reason being people in India don't speak openly; People are not trusting them anymore and leaving one after another but they don't care; Policy changes -Policies are created for employees but amended to benefit senior Management. Headless management - Lack of trust, especially towards upper management Big skill gap in current management which is an obvious issue when the management is biased, they do not know what they have to do and what product are they working for, what is the customer requirement. In simple words management is brainless, does not want to learn anything and starts to assert if anyone tries to ameliorate the skill gap. Too much talk about leadership and values, without actually implementing most of it. Massive leadership problems. No real perspective for the future It's full of lies and politics now and many employees have no trust in anything that is being said top-down. There is no employee centric strategy, the management is impolite and does not have basic communication etiquette with employees whether on mail, call or face to face.
