Amazing coworkers and immediate managers who tried to make change. Good benefits and perks.
Cons
Upper management has no idea what the sales team does or how to manage them. No structure from day 1 until the day you are gone. Very little supervision and Upper management doesnt listen to the VOC of the their own employees. The company is ever changing and has no direction. Some on sales team do not even understand what they are selling. Very little self growth or educational opportunities.
