For the concerns you have shared, we do not fully agree to all the points. We are a startup and a fast moving ecosystem where outputs are highly encouraged with all the liberty to achieve the same. We are one of the most employee friendly ecosystem. For the advice, we believe in nurturing leaders with allowing them to fail in experimenting in their own way of execution. At the end of the day, the company has to run and business has to come and if the common goal is not achieved by the leaders, it is not a win-win situation.
