lack of true leaders in senior management; bloated management hierarchy; a lot of senior management is very occupied with their own career and their compensation and seems ignoring their job: take care of the company and people they are supposed to manage; lack of strategic vision; lack of interest from top level management to technology; inability of the top management to leverage one of the biggest assets the company has: good skillful people who built the eBay site.
