7yHi, Thanks for the feedback. Here is a detailed response. Business run by family members is not a crime. Is it? In a job you have to work and something is expected of you. If you cannot deliver, you should not start blaming everyone from top to bottom. Feedback from our past employees clearly indicate how helpful our team members are and what kind of training we provide. Sure, there is MD, there is HR. There is no trainer in eDominer. We are not a training institute. Senior team members double up to help new entrants and thus they are the trainers. Our office location and environment is available for anyone to see. People come to our office for interview. We invite them to talk go around and talk to anyone they wish. That's our transparency level. By the way, if you did not like the office location, you should not have joined in the first place. Yes, we ask all candidates to do their homework before joining. Sadly, there are always cases who are asked to leave due to non-performance and then social media is the only place to vent out.
