Pros
The pros for working in an organization like eteam.inc. is that the colleagues and the working culture is so much enthusiastic and full of energy. Apart from this, the training that is provided within the initial days are very much helpful. I got to know about several new things amid training days. The trainers are very much knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons
The cons might vary from person to person but as of now I haven't faced any challenges but one thing is very evident that the organization is open for feedbacks from their employees and doing everything possible for making it better.
