Pros
Great perks like tickets to fun events, private concerts, etc. Great customers for the most part, and overall fun, energetic environment. This is a great place for either young, driven singles with no kids or someone with older kids (like high school/college) who don't need much time or involvement. (I put this same topic under pro's and cons so read both)
Cons
Low employee value (you're just a revenue producer, not a living breathing human.) Lack of good sales training, inconsistent support based on whoever you happen to have as a manager, HIGH DRAMA environment (if you loved petty, immature, high school drama and gossip then you'll love it here.). If you have elementary school kids or (God forbid) younger kids then this will be VERY hard if you're the primary caretaker. Say goodbye to work/life balance if you have young kids. The long hours, time, stress, and inflexibility are killers when it comes to regular family life, sick kids, sports, doctor's appointments, etc. In addition to the regular long hours needed to be successful, you'll also have client dinners and/or client events, and station events on weeknights and weekends. They are always fun but very demanding of time when you have kids at home.
