Pros
most of the people there are lovely to work with and they will have fun events and organise little things around store for the educators that make it fun
Cons
unfortunately there are biases within the company (or maybe that is just my experience with my specific branch) but there are some full time educators who are gossipy and rude and dare I say, racist, homophobic etc but never get reprimanded (as the store needs them given that they are full timers, and are besties with management/key leaders), and I think key leaders must be experiencing lots of pressure from management, because every check in they'll emphasise on how to make the most money (what happened to guest experience?) and the grifters get awarded of course because at the end of the day its all about money. Key leaders never take any time to ask what they can do differently, it's a lot of blame game on educators if the branch doesnt perform. They also ask about 'clearings' at check ins, which is toxic positivity if you ask me, because they dont care to help in any way they just want you to say it to get it out of the way.
