      Pros

      Workers are fun and good workers. The pay is good, and the discount. Very close team, but it can be good or bad.

      Cons

      Favoritism, Bad leadership, Drama, and no set schedule except for the 2 main managers. You will spend basically all your nights working because management does not want to step up and work nights and weekends.

      Pros

      discounts, perks, benefits, and community events. I love my coworkers that aren’t in management.

      Cons

      lots of drama. I’ve been bullied and excluded by a handful of people, including managers. very much so the popular scene. tight scheduling. just updated policy. not many people are happy. have to abide by policy and no way around it for scheduling. dramatically less lenient with scheduling and expectations than when I started. very disappointed. seems they care more about the guest experience than the employee experience now.
