Pros
The company absolutely prioritizes its people, and offers great benefits and perks (health insurance for anyone above 24 hrs/week, 401k, employee share, money for fitness classes, amazing discount). This people first mentally helps with employee retention, so the teams are more tenured and high performing.
Cons
There is very much the expectation that you need to "live into" your next role. This frequently looks like taking on all the responsibilities of that next role without the change in title or pay. While small opportunities here and there are helpful, I certainly felt taken advantage of during my time with the company. I spent the better part of two years as the "acting Store Manager" without the actual job title or increase in pay.
