We are constantly thinking of ways to improve our work experience for all staff, looking at everything from salaries through to benefits, as well as the working environment and culture! This is definitely a piece that we’re always keen to improve on, and we have a lot of exciting future plans for our employees as we continue to grow as a startup in NYC. Having offices in the UK and US we are very aware of social, political, and community differences and one of the things we take real pride in is our diversity.
