Pros
1. You do your job well, it won't go unnoticed 2. Management is on point, and always available to handle any concerns or questions 3. Employee engagement 4. Great Benefits, including shares in Ooma's stock - we went public in 2015! 5. I feel like I'm part of a family, and I'm important 6. Plenty of growth opportunity; we are growing, building, BOOMING 7. Christmas party - no need to say more
Cons
1. Ooma is growing pretty rapidly (yay!), but I feel like we could work on implementing certain internal things in a more efficient manner. Utilize those who want to help! I know though, that everything is falling into place 2. More growth opportunity for those of us who don't work near the corporate office - Don't forget about me! I feel like in my position, and being in Sacramento full time, the company isn't fully aware of my abilities so I see the potential for staying stagnant if I don't push harder.
