All the reviews you read here are accurate, it is 100% fact that they don’t pay on time and lie about when they will pay you They literally have no idea what they’re doing and humiliate themselves on a daily basis to clients but are so incompetent they have no idea that they’re humiliating themselves The president of the company left this sinking ship Their incompetence costs them thousands of dollars at a time from not knowing they need licenses to not knowing how to lie about their ignorance to clients that call them out on their lies They literately don’t know what the word contract or statement of work is because they just try not to deliver anything that is on their contracts Because they have no idea what they’re doing, the worker bees find themselves working 18 hour days and weekends because they don’t operate on project plans and spend each week dealing with fire of the week They totally ignore any security protocols because they have gotten caught sharing client username and passwords to offshore resources who open up firewalls Clients have fired smartshift consultants and they totally ignore the firings and hide these resources from clients and allow them to keep working They go to clients to ask for more money and get humiliated when their presentations for more money get torn apart They blame any mistakes and misgivings on ex employees who developed cancer, seriously
