Pros
I've worked tech support for 8+ years and theITSupportCenter is way different. The focus here is 105% on Customer Service - REALLY nice change for me and they reward/recognize the Techs that go the extra mile.
Cons
The company pays really well but when things get busy, which they do, they expect you to rise to the occasion - which is fair. Management is understanding if you have personal reasons but they expect you to pull your weight.
