Pros

Lets be honest, nothing is perfect and theITSupportCenter is far better than most. I've been here almost 3 years and have seen both the tech and sales side of the company so here is the full story. The people that work here are GREAT, I mean really GREAT. From the sales folks that help each other to the techs that support the customers and their co-workers everyone has one goal which is to do a great job and support the company's growth - which is crazy fast. No one is doing facetime or busy work. This place is focused on growth and doing a great job for Customers so they renew year-after-year. And it is working. I'll save my negatives for the next section.

Cons

As I said, no company is perfect at least after 10 years of business. Especially in the IT space. So theITSupportCenter isn't perfect and management is hyper involved - that is clear. I started in tech and can tell you the processes they built are incredible but you need to be committed to make them work for you. In Marketing & Sales they know their stuff but you need to follow their lead and that isn't for everyone. Whatever they promise to clients they deliver but you will be asked to always go the extra mile to deliver on these promises.

Pros

I've worked tech support for 8+ years and theITSupportCenter is way different. The focus here is 105% on Customer Service - REALLY nice change for me and they reward/recognize the Techs that go the extra mile.

Cons

The company pays really well but when things get busy, which they do, they expect you to rise to the occasion - which is fair. Management is understanding if you have personal reasons but they expect you to pull your weight.
