      Pros

      The career I've developed here fits my lifestyle really well. I love IT but didn't want to work solo being a code monkey and theITSupportCenter gave me a career path that took me from intense training to support and development. Thankfully I'm always working with cool people and never solo.

      Cons

      Some support calls and projects are better than others. Sometimes the Customer won't do what you suggest/request and that can be frustrating.
