1. Everyone's Happy face 2. Most Friendly working environment 3. Playground into office premises. 4. Prayer place 5. Common room for female 6. Yearly leave encashment, Salary, bonus all are in time. 7. Unlimited tea, coffee & snacks. 8. Top to Bottom - No sir, No Madam ! Only addressing name (Bhai/Apu) english meaning - Brother/Sister. 9. No Cubilces barrier, it's open to sit anywhere into office. 10. Most careful to it's employee (Several time it allows remote office for covid pandamic situation) 11. Even it has arranged career councilling sometimes. 12. Quarterly team dine out, Annual Dinner at contemporary highly expensive restaurants & yearly tour and family tour also, even it may be in abroad sometimes. 13. Medical fund & having corporate deals with multiple hospitals. 14. Marriage bonus and leave, Parental bonus and leave; Casual, sick, annual & bereavement leave.
