    Decent pay,good benefits,management easy to work for and good people

    Cons

    Constant lay offs, unable to secure contracts, too much overhead, company is fat on administrative side. Unable to compete when oil market is down

    The company is pretty archaic when it comes to emergency situations like Coronavirus, when it comes to not notifying employees when someone in the office becomes sick or not sending people to work from home at the height of cases and deaths in Houston

    Does not care about employees during covid, back in the office for no reason. Forced to be in small cubicals that are not 6 feet apart. Lack of empathy as a company for putting employees at risk
