      Engenium group is a wonderful company. Ample opportunity for growth. Enjoyable work environment. Supportive management that works to help you meet your career goals regardless of what they are.

      Cons

      Nothing to complain about here. Left for personal reasons

      Pros

      There is a youthful energetic atmosphere. Everyone works hard and is open to sharing workload. Hours are flexible and management is understanding when small things come up during the work day. The office is very nice with sit/stand desks and good computers. The boss is committed to a good social environment. There are no cliques or groups and everyone generally gets along. Management is open and responsive to feedback. There are lots of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Managers work long hours and sometimes it feels like designers have to do the same to get ahead. Managers have high expectations of designers. It's expensive to live near the office.

      Pros

      Supportive Management who take action on their employees concerns( Actual Large company changes have been made). The company is constantly changing based on the desires of the employees. No micromanagement leadership styles . Great place to work all in all.

      Cons

      If you dont like flexible hours, standing desks, personable co workers, and a roof top patio equipped with a grill. this is not the job for you.
