Enticare has been a great place to work!There has been little turn over in the 4 years I have been with Enticare which is indicative that people want to stay! The management understands that we all have families and personal lives and they do their best to accommodate that! Enticare is a large practice, with multiple locations across Arizona and even with the distance between offices you can feel the team work approach!
Cons
Even though there is good communication, I would like to see the communication increase when there are changes to the company that will impact everyone as a whole. I would also like to see a 401K/ Retirement be offered to staff.
