They train you on what they said they would, and it's a lot with a lot of modules on different topics. The socials and fun element of the office is very high. Friday pub drinks are every week and there are incentives available, but you need to do good to get on them. They push you very hard for the phone and make sure you are dialling and selling constantly but do give support.

They will expect a lot from you and expect a lot of commitment to the 'brand' if you aren't they are not for you.

You get training directly from the 3 directors and work very closely to them on a day to day basis. The incentives are also very good, including whole company ones. We are reward a tough week of work by celebrating together every Friday (if you want to join of course) on the directors which is always a laugh.

The hours can be long, but in this industry, in order to succeed and make money, you need to put in the graft and the hard work.

Great company to work; everyone at the company is really keen on your improvement both inside and outside the office. Great environment to work in and the senior team and CEOs are always there to help and mentor you. Really learnt a lot especially with my self development. Great incentives and pay too!

None really; was a great job for me after graduating and gave me the right work ethic Only con would be is the adjustment from university to work but that is to be expected.

Overall I enjoyed working at Enzo. Although standards are high, I can see why: The company offers good incentives, competitive salaries and has a social- able company culture. Everyone in the business is welcoming and pushes for you to do the best you can.

Recruitment is a tough job (That's not the Enzo's fault, that is just the industry) - if you don't like the hours, don't apply to work them.

Not to mention the prospect of more responsibility and seniority in the future.

The hours are not for everyone, a lot of hard work is needed in order to be successful. If your not willing to put the hours in , this may not be for you.

The worse company Ive ever worked for. All the directors are money hungry narcissist who want a workplace full of backstabbing, They say they're training you and investing in you it's all a load of lies and rubbish. In reality they're putting bets on who they think will last the longest before they either fire you or you leave because your mental health is so bad. They play games where you literally have to call up as many people as you can basically harassing and abusing peoples phone lines - its all cold calling and the structure of their system is terrible. Every Friday they want you to go with them to get intoxicated and if you don't and go home your seen as a loser and boring even when they're all so exhausted themselves but force it just to keep up the fake facade they're all living. There's no work life balance they want you to practically live there, its every man for themselves they'll just throw you under the bus the first second they get. HR is all a trap they sit you down ask you questions but its just to get info out of you so they can report it back to the bosses then fire you the next day if they like. They also make fun of past employees at the end of every month putting clown faces on them and calling them rats if they left saying they couldn't hack it. There instagram is all so fake its all for show just to lure the naive grads who think its all a dream half the stuff they get they just take a pic of it then throw it in the bin or the events they do are so forced and the originals are analysing your every move. The place is actually a cult its so bad please stay away and dont answer their linkedIn messages if they're trying to lure you in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Just look at their instagram why do you think they're turn over is so big? They're hiring 6-8 new people every 3 months??? Does this not send alarm bells and scroll down the feed to see a completely different cohort of people. There's no security if your not making them money bye bye they dont care about you your just another number on a sheet for them. Please dont fall into their twisted trap and work at this company you'll soon see what im talking about.
