The list is huge and endless..
1. Never join this company if you value your self esteem, confidence and looking for job security.
2. Not even single leader i have come across in past one year who believes in going extra mile to support the team, the leadership team in india including HR are absolutely hopeless, helpless and believe that being biased will make them great leader.
3. All they want is Pappu - they can never stand to an outsider and if so they will find the opportunity kick you out any time…
4. If you are mid professional and never experienced humiliation ever.. be ready they serve it really well here and without any mercy…
5. Manipulation here is at its peak.. even if ur not victim they will put their efforts and make sure that they make you one..
6. EQ is equality but its only for social media pages.
7 worst part is your disengagement begins from day 1… they will speak all lies before the offer but make you struggle from ur day 1
8. They promise to give u insurance sadly they don’t have insurance TP tie up still.. god forbidden if something happens with your health be ready to spend money from ur own pocket..
They think that they can through as much as money they can and buy slaves to puke their frustrations at you..
worse part is Singapore teams they think that they have gained some significant achievements in life being in Singapore, they constantly make you feel how superior they are!!
Money does buy happiness.. but none of you my friends deserve happiness that will cost your own self esteem, self respect.. think 100 times before you join them…
