The environment and atmosphere is warming. Patient care is taken seriously. Quick response from managers and IT team. Everyone is always helpful.

Great team, good hours, good workflow, I have really enjoyed my time here already, and am encouraged that things will flow well even as I learn

Cons

The only thing I would mention is it would be great to have an in house night pharmacist that could keep that continuity of care going and also be able to relieve the day shift from having to be on call.

Working hours 37.5 per week are very flexible Remote working is very easy The upper management is very engaged with employees. Compensation for work is better then where I was.

Cons

No holidays are given to the employees. Upper tier insurance still has deductibles.

My manger is wonderful! The hours are great! This practice is great for me to have that work/life balance, especially having 3 kids in sports!

I got mean girl vibes at first from a few people in the office but the other staff made it so welcoming, it didnt even bother me.
