orientation was so well put together communication between myself and my manager is very clear and easy nice environment to work in with great equipment to work with

pay is lower than my previous job health insurance is higher and covers less than previous jobs 401K could be better New employee physical location is very busy and crowded, had to wait a while

Flexible work schedule and pleasant work environment. Management goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Management had weekly meetings with you to see how your training was going.
