Pros

-Customer host team is fantastic and great to get on with -Job itself is fantastic and a lot of fun to do -Overtime opportunities

Cons

-The owners are awful at communicating with staff, don't address staff concerns or even care about issues raised -Some days can be incredibly long -Often takes up to a month to approve holiday requests -Poor scheduling of staff and rotas -Rooms malfunction a lot and untrained staff are expected to know how to fix

-Fun job -Staff below management make place fun -Can do lots of hours in a few days letting you have 3-4 days off per week, if it suits you.

Cons

-Management/owners unorganised -Terrible chain of communication -Days can be up to 14.5 hours long.

Pros

- Fantastic team of friendly and enthusiastic staff - Interesting job role with lots of creative problem solving involved - Often a fair amount of overtime / extra shifts available - Customers are generally lovely

Cons

- Most senior management (including the directors) create an awkward and hostile working environment. Comments made in the office can be offensive - Little regard for employees welfare and complaints are not taken seriously. Communicating any concerns is very difficult - 0 hour contract generally offered. Hours therefore vary greatly, as does pay (which is minimum) - No proper training provided. I was training new starters within a few months of working there myself - 13 hour days
