Better training required for staff. Pay lower end of the market at time of employment however I believe the has since been reviewed

Not enough staff, so frequently being asked to work extra shifts beyond a 48 hour week.

Great regular training opportunities Qualifications Progression in your career Opportunities Approachable managers, Better pay than most care roles What's not to love. Opportunities to move to other areas as homes spread over the UK.

Cons

Not many cons... You have to get on with others or its not for you. But everyone is welcoming overtime normally available somewhere within the company if you want it.
