      Insecure & Anarchically oriented IT Head

      Pros

      Saying yes boss will make you live here happily. Blame everything on the Group IT to show yourself in good books of local CIO. one gets to have a lot of expensive Diwali gifts from IT vendors delivered to your house.Nothing wrong in this.

      Cons

      Unhealthy / Corrupt practices Too many repeated meetings without any fruitful outcome. Unhealthy Groupism leading to demotivation in meritorious staff Credit is stolen by CIO from meritorious staff and given to favorite of CIO. Unquestionable anarchy attitude of CIO who spend a lot of money without checking ROI Alignment of Biz IT to Biz is missing. Close CIO favourites act like bullies uncontrolled

      Little or zero technically orientation can survive Vendors will keep you happy Excellent place to rest,gym,smoke,etc..

      Cons

      Incompetent and egoistic CIO. Salary is variable and a large amount is dependant on your relationships with CIO and his special animals.
