      Hell in heaven disguise ☠️

      Pros

      Good HR team Okish compensation People were relieved in a week at probation (Happy to let ppl out as it's a heaven disguise) (Run while you can😂)

      Cons

      *12+ hours of hectic training(or is hellish better to describe?) daily for a month with no weekend leave on training (assignments n stuff). *No leaves in training and probation period but thanks to good HR they sanction 1 day leaves. *Sandwich leave policy means no weekend trips. *Micromanagement and newbies get boring stuff. *Odd shift time extends upto 2am *Repetitive work -> Nothing other than operating a feedback software which is useless for future *Automation ideas not welcomed *North people are favourites to most managers and Hindi is unofficially official language in local meetings and standup. *Almost 0 coding required other than CSS/xml but they ask tech expertise in web development *Minimal yearly raise to non favourites (non servants and it's called servant leadership to hide this fact lol)

      Pros

      Good working environment. Salary always on time.

      Cons

      Forget promotion if you don't have jack in HR and management. If you resign you have to wait for 6-7 months for PF from. Lazy HR. Even if you are coming from Udaipur they will take 3 days to just sign a form which you have requested weeks ago.

      Interview process is very long.. They take more than 7 rounds and still can't decide whether the candidate is good for them or not.. If you want to waste your 3-4 months in an interview process then this is the place to go
