Like minded colleagues working for the same goals in a young, dynamic and international team
Great learning environment if you are al all rounder and like to be hands on
Cons
Very Male-dominated environment, long working hours required at times for project completion.
Very nice and caring organisation with a great cause and huge influence in Europe; colleagues are super nice, interesting and motivated; lots of flexibility with remote/on-site work
Cons
Work feels at times too admin and coordination focused, and not very intellectually stimulating. Different programs can be quite disjointed even if they overlap in many areas of work. The organisation is a bit too flat -people with much less experience get promoted to the same level - which can be demoralising. Career paths is unclear.
