    Pros

    Probably the best place for IB. Great firm and culture. Evercore pays well and gives analysts the ability to work on the the largest deals on the street

    Cons

    IB in general is tough in the long run

    People are very smart but chill, much more efficient than Bulge Bracket, junior members handle real process and deals and take a lot of responsibilities

    Cons

    Because of the rapid speed of work, one has to be on top of things constantly. Banking group's hour is relatively bad in certain groups
