You are accountable for both the teams performance and the branch's result Managing different personalities Sometimes work extends beyond standard hours, especially towards the end of the month

The company has been through lots of positive changes recently and the recent role out of their new underwriting system is brilliant at helping us in our role and benefits our customers. The recently introduced monthly bonus scheme is much better
