      Few talented engineers, Good Salary, Macbook

      Cons

      No product knowledge. Complex product, you are lucky if you get someone who keeps helping you. Extra working hours since you don't know the product. Unstable product. Continuous blockers, critical issues.

      Lots of lots of Favoritism

      Pros

      It was good till Mid of 2022, but everything changed after that.

      Cons

      Only near and dear are getting hired. HR Team ask for details if we do posting on glassdoor. But this is just to show off in reality they are not doing any action on the inputs shared with them. India leadership team is just a person driven and they have played political games to get rid of stars who not aligned to their slavery

      Hello, All of our employees (referrals, inbound, outbound) go through our interview process. Our interviewers submit scorecards and review the candidate qualifications against our job descriptions. Our HR team has actually taken several steps in improving policies that employees have addressed, and we continue to do so. We do send out surveys to collect feedback, but if people choose not to complete the surveys, we cannot gather feedback.

      For pune employees they saying to come to office, where as other employees are working remotely.

      Cons

      They want to build big team in bangalore hence not supporting any Pune employees. They hire their own reference with double salary of existing employees. They laid off their best senior recruiter just to show how powerful they are. US leadership team is hiding many facts
